Requirements for Outreach Membership
In addition to dues payment, additional support documentation must be submitted as outlined in the SQA Membership Brochure

Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV) documenting active professional involvement in research/regulatory quality assurance.
Activities may be demonstrated through employment history, professional
activities, affiliations, published articles, or attendance at training
or educational sessions. These activities should be documented on the
resume or CV.
NOTE: Documentation is required every year with membership renewal.
All Outreach application are reviewed by the SQA Board of Directors and take 2-3 weeks to be processed..
